Individual Membership Form
- Before sending application form please ensures that you are eligible for membership.
- You have to be from the field of Teacher Education.
- For life membership, Eligible person may send the filled membership application form through e-mail. The scanned copy of the filled application form may be sent on the following e-mail ID: iatemembership@gmail.com .
- After submitting the form, you will receive a Google form link through your given email address. Please submit filled in Google form along with the proof of the paid membership fee. The account details for paying the membership fee are given below. It is also available in the Google form.
